  Yes, you earn 10 points for every £1 you spend and this also applies to any services you use in store including our Pet Clinic and our Grooming Spa.

• Do I earn points on products with savings?

  Yes, you can earn points on every £1 you spend. So if you spend £20 in-store or online, you will earn 200 points.

• Do I need to use the voucher in the same store where I earned my points?

  No you can use your voucher in any Jollyes store or online but please ensure you enter the voucher in to the correct PetCLUB voucher box.

• Do I earn points on delivery charges for online orders?

  For any online order where you have not qualified for free delay, you will earn points on the total amount that you spend which also includes any delivery charges.

• Do I need to be logged in online, to earn points?

  You can still earn points on guest purchases; however we recommend that you log in when making an online purchase. This will help ensure that we are able to link your purchase to your online account, and reduces the risk of missing any points.
